Excellent property and very convenient...Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Overall, I had a great experience with the Flexstay Inn Tokiwadai.staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for tourist that travel with kids.

Very affordable and big room, with lots of facilities. Location is a bit outside of Tokyo, so two trains will need to be taken, but overall a very good location. Not that noisy, and the train lines are very close and efficient so we didn't feel like it was too bad going into town.

I have stayed multiple times at this apartment complex aka hotel. It is very basic but with a full-style Japanese kitchen and all what you need (pans, hotplate etc). Close to two train stations and many izakaya, ramen shops, and other restaurants.

It is a good accomodation for sleeping. I was exploring all day, it took only 30-45 minutes to get there from the inner districts of Tokio. It was clean and the staff was very kind, it wasn’t a problem checking in late. I had no problem at all.
